We live on a hill, and our foundation was slowing subsiding resulting in cracks in our basement walls and floor. Our first inquiry to them resulted in a civil engineer coming to our property for a site visit to assess the overall problem and recommend a basic solution. They then provided a reasonable and fair bid for the work, and once we signed a contract, another engineer came over to do a more comprehensive study and gather the necessary information to prepare a detailed plan. After city approval they began work, and we were very impressed with the care they took to minimize the impact to our house and yard. The crew was highly professional, diligent, and happy to explain what they were doing during the entire process. After the work was completed they did a thorough restoration of the affected areas and thoroughly cleaned our driveway and walkways.
